What is the minimum age to become a Virtual Agent?

 

You must be 18 years old or older to become a Virtual Agent with Mainstream Services Inc.

 

What happens if a Virtual Agent moves to a different state?

 

You may continue to provide service as long as you are located within the United States (except for Hawaii) and have access to broadband internet connectivity.

 

Why is a National Background Check required? What are the deciding factors in passing?

 

Mainstream Services Inc. and its clients, such as Arise Virtual Solutions, have high integrity standards for our corporations. No one can become a VIRTUAL AGENTif convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanor charges including but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft or other similar violations. Some clients have more stringent standards with respect to being eligible to service their particular account. Most traffic violations do not constitute a disqualifying event. The request is submitted to the search partner via the web. It takes approximately three to four business days to receive the results.

 

How long will it take before I can begin making money?

 

The Admissions process can be completed in as little as seven days! Certification courses to become certified to service a particular client's call or other type of interaction can take between 2 days and several weeks. Once you have obtained the certifications, Mainstream Services Inc. will become your virtual service corporation and you will be eligible to commence making money from servicing that client.

 

How much can I earn?

 

You will be compensated twice monthly for the services rendered. The compensation is usually a fixed rate -- by call, by minute, or by hour -- that varies by client for calls answered/transactions processed or minutes worked each hour. Whether the rate is paid on a per-call, per-minute or per-hour basis, it generally adds up to between $8.50 and $14 per hour, with some sales and service applications providing performance incentives and bonuses. Mainstream Services Inc. also offers additional incentives to help increase your earning potential.

 

When and how do I get results during and after completing the Admissions process?

At the end of each section, you will receive an email message informing you of your results. Please be sure to check your SPAM mail or JUNK mail folders for, in many cases, your ISP may filter these messages, believing they were unsolicited.

 

What are the technical requirements?

 

Typically, if your computer is not more than five years old, you are most likely already in hardware compliance. Please request the full list of technical requirements.

 

Who can I contact if I am having technical difficulties during the Admissions process?

 

 

The Arise Support Desk provides live support, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for Arise related system issues. You may also reach support by phone at 866-771-0041 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              866-771-0041      end_of_the_skype_highlighting. The Support Desk will answer most of your Arise and client related technical issues. Occasionally Support Desk technicians will need to further troubleshoot and research the answer. They will respond as quickly as possible to your inquiry.
