All claims are processed and submitted electronically to all carriers that accept electronic submissions. Insurance claims that are filed electronically are paid 7-14 days faster than paper claims. If the carrier does not accept electronic submissions, paper claims will be sent out via regular mail.

 

Our staff members follow up on all claims to ensure that claim submission has been accepted. We follow up on any claim denials and submit appeals as needed. We provide monthly reports that show our clients our productivity.
